Consultation with me to go over the details of your wedding day
1 Shooter for 8 Hours
• The shooting is done using professional equipment
• 8 continuous hours is generally enough to cover everything from the preparations to the cake cutting
3 DVD copies of Final Cut with
• Videos of the Ceremony, First Dance, Speeches, Parent Dances, and Cake Cutting
• 2-5 minute High Light Video Montage with footage from the preparations, photo shoot, and major events
• DVDs are organized into chapters and are accessible through a menu
High Light Video Montage can be hosted online to share with your family and friends.
Add Ons / Extra Services
Second Shooter
Having a second shooter allows me to shoot everything live from multiple angles and to be in two places at once. It doesn’t cost that much extra and it makes for a much better looking video. You can book a second shooter for either just the ceremony or for the entire day.
Save-The-Date / Engagement Session or Rehearsal Dinner Videos
Pre-wedding day videos are becoming increasingly popular. Save-the-Date/Engagement Session videos can be about how you two met and can be used either during the wedding reception or as an invite that can be posted online. It is an easy and affordable way to make your day extra special.
Raw Footage
I offer Raw Footage as a courtesy separate from my other video services. Raw footage is anything that I have shot but have not edited or touched up. It is the raw video that I use to put together the Final Cut. If you provide a full capacity empty Mac-compatible hard drive, then I will transfer all the raw unedited footage free of charge. The drive has to be Mac-compatible.
If you want raw footage and need a hard drive, please buy Lacie Rugged, Lacie Rikiki or G-Tech hard drives from B&H.
Other Fees
Extra Hours
I understand that every wedding is different and some are longer than others. For weddings that require me to stay longer than 8 hours, I charge a small hourly overtime fee.
Extra Copies of Discs
If you need additional copies of your video, I charge a small fee for extra discs.
Taxes
I don’t charge extra for taxes and they are included in the price.
Travel
For weddings and/or receptions that occur outside of NYC, I charge a small fee to cover the cost travel.
